Arguably the biggest news to come out of the event, Apple’s first foray into mixed reality had been hotly anticipated.

Apple is planning two new Mac models — labeled internally as Mac 14,13 and Mac 14,14 — that run the M2 Max processor announced in January and a yet-to-be-unveiled M2 Ultra chip, according to a Bloomberg report. The Mac Studio is up to 6x faster than the most powerful Intel-based 27-inch iMac, and up to 3x faster than the previous-generation Mac Studio with M1 Ultra. The iPhone SE 4 isn’t expected before 2024, and the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro will most likely launch in the fall, along with the Apple Watch Series 9. And while we had been expecting the company to finally migrate the Mac Pro (aka The Cheese Grater) from Intel to its own silicon during WWDC23, it appears that this has been pushed to a later date.
